Honey! Honey! Honey!

With all this crazy weather I have seen lots of my friends and their children are sick. I personally use honey to keep my family healthy. That's right plain simple honey! The kids don't even realize they are being medicated naturally! Not only is honey good for keeping away general sickness but there is plenty of health benefits which are listed below:

  1. Prevents Cancer and heart disease
  2. Reduce Ulcers (Good for Jeremy-With all of us I am sure he has ulcers lol)
  3. Increases Athletic Performance (Good for Alicia and Justin)
  4. Anti-fungal
  5. Reduces Cough
  6. Soothes Sore Throats
  7. Regulates Blood Sugars
  8. Heals Burns and Cuts- External use

Honey Suggestions:
If you want to benefit from honey, make sure what you purchase is pure and raw. Raw honey contains vitamins, minerals, and other goodies.

I of course recommend Natural B Honey! I always have great service and my honey is yummy! You can view their great products and options by clicking on their logo below:

Honey Cautions:
Honey is a natural sugar and therefore has a significant calorie count! (Just saying)
If you have a child of less than 1 year old is better not to give it honey because there are some risks involved. After 1 year is more than welcomed to enjoy and grow with honey!

  1. I started to use honey more often for the last year. I forgot about this product since I was a child.

I am still wandering which one is the bets for coffee but I know in the evenings, when I am stressed, linden honey with some milk is the best! It puts me in a deep sleep in half an hour:)

  2. I have been doing some research and have not really found a winning answer for the best honey for coffee. I think it is all based on personal opinion. Oh well guess we will have to test it ourselves....I never turn down coffee lol! Thank you for the comment!
